Longdown
Longdown has far-stretching views down the Erme estuary valley where you can watch the tide roll in and out and see the sea in the distance. Longdown has the unique hill top position and so at night the stars all around are so incredible its like someone put a sieve on the sky.
Longdown welcomes one small, well-behaved dog. 🐾

ENSUITE
All our cabins have ensuite bathrooms with large rainfall and handheld showers. Our sink bowls are a bespoke design, hand thrown by local ceramicist, Arwyn Jones less than a mile away in Modbury. The bathrooms all have underfloor heating for those chilly winter days.
KITCHEN
In each kitchen there is an induction hob with two rings, a combined oven, microwave, grill and a small fridge. All three are fully equipped with saucepans, kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Once your booking is confirmed we will share with you our guest handbook which contains an inventory of all items in the cabins.
PEACEFUL SLEEPING
Our king sized beds are topped with sustainably made and environmentally conscious mattress toppers from Naturmat. Made using Devon organic wool and biodegradable materials they will whisk you away into a deep sleep. Our bedding is from EarthKind and Dip and Doze, both companies whose focus on quality sustainability matches our ethos.
OUTSIDE LIVING
Each cabin has a wood-fired hot tub with jacuzzi bubbles. Every cabin has a ceramic BBQ and and our outdoor hot and cold showers have a useful hand held shower for washing off sandy wetsuits or dirty paws.
